3 Easy Non-alcoholic Holiday Drinks

with Améo Essential Oils

This time of year we are often looking to spice up our Holiday Menu. A variation on our usual beverages is a great way to change things up without going to great lengths. I am a Zija Independent Distributor. Our line of Améo Essential oils are clinical grade and excellent for use in foods and beverages. Clinical grade describes the level of quality of our oils. They are the same quality as those used in clinical trials of essential oils and this is guaranteed by constant analysis of every batch. I love that the quality of the oils is so consistent and that they are so intensely aromatic.

When I am cooking I often have glass of ice water on hand to keep the nibbling and snacking to a minimum. It’s also a good way to limit the alcoholic drinks during a festive event. A great way to dress up the ice water is switching to sparkling water and flavoring it with Améo Trim & Tone. This oil blend is specifically designed to help with appetite suppression and craving control. It tastes great!

Twist of orange.

In a pretty glass this can pass for an elegant cocktail and help you manage the Holiday overindulgences.

3 Easy Non-Alcoholic Holiday Drinks, www, moderngillie.comThis is such an easy recipe and a holiday favorite. When I was young we lived near an orchard and could pick up apple cider there. This is essentially juice from pressed apples, not the alcoholic, hard cider that is a popular drink. Living in North Vancouver the orchards are 5 hours away in Kelowna . If you can’t find ready pressed cider then you can use regular apple juice or, if you have a juicer, make your own.

  1. Nice post! I love my oils so much! I use Young Living Essential Oils, but I can relate to cooking and making drink with my oils! I'm going to have to try these!
  2. I love this. I was a big wine drinker and I recently found out I was pregnant. So everything right now is water or orange juice (my new cravings). Now I can make some fun holiday drinks.
  3. This is a great post for people who don't want alcohol around the holidays. I really like your recipe options. Thanks for sharing!
